When will my order be shipped out?
Please allow for 1-2 days for processing of orders. Upon processing, your tracking number should be updated and ready for viewing.
How long does it to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground shipping. Tracking numbers will be updated and ready for review immediately after processing. Please allow for at least 3-5 days for product shipping. How is my shipping price determined?
All shipping prices are determined by product weight.
What is the best method to wash my products?
Washing instructions are listed in the descriptions of each product. It is recommended to cold wash and air dry products, however drying on low heat is acceptable. Please refrain from drying products on high heat to preserve the product and mitigate the risk of the product shrinking.
How does sizing work?
